BIM (Building Information Modeling) is an intelligent 3D model-based process that gives architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) professionals the insight and tools to more efficiently plan, design, construct and manage buildings and infrastructure.
The Construction-Operations Building information exchange (COBie) standard defines information for assets that are delivered as part of a facility construction project also used to document the data for the building information modeling (BIM) process and we have expertise in same.

We are one of the few MEP Design Consultants in India to work on BIM platform as well. As your design partner, we use Revit MEP platform to create a 3D modelling environment, where our team can visualize complex systems and avoid conflicts with other building systems. BIM Modelling Services

Along with providing MEP design services on BIM platform, we are capable of providing Architectural & Structural modeling services to our client with the highest level of accuracy, tight deadlines and the greater level of flexibility.
Modeling in BIM is equivalent to constructing a building in digital space. The 4th and 5th dimensions can also be modeled which are project time and cost variables respectively.
By making competent Level of Detail(LOD) models i.e. LOD-300 & LOD 350 models, it is possible to plan intricate details and avoid technical flaws and loopholes; also it helps in the correct determination of shapes, sizes, locations and orientations of elements within it.

BIM for FM (Facility Management)

The goal for facilities managers has always been to make buildings more energy-efficient, more productive and more comfortable for tenants and operators.
